不栽員, 又要發奬金, 就cut 了維修.
所以
停車場八達通修: 48000 = 費用高昂.
泳池射燈維修: 5200=費用高昂.
員工bonus
2024-2025=119029
2025-2026=147411
兩樣維修費加埋, 都不及管理處一年的奬金.
