Poison is being left unattended AGAIN

Postby Guest » 2012 Sep 05 Wed, 11:47 pm

1. Both Bleach and “Green Water” are Posion!
Further to my complaint dated 22/8, the management office just casually replied that they would not use bleach – they used “green water” instead. The diluted green water had been sprayed on the outside walls and left unattended today. Both bleach and green water are poison – if you left it unattended, it may have potential serious consequences.

2. What are the consequences of leaving poisoning on walls for hours?
As the poison is corrosive agent, anyone who is unprotected gets contacted with these agents may result in skin irritation, first / second degree burn or even blindness.

3. What are the price our OWNER will pay for our negligence?
LA COSTA management office will be sued for negligence due to their failure of supervising the cleaners in carry out proper cleaning procedures and failure to carry out corrective actions even repeated complaints have been received. LA COSTA owners may be required to pay for the million dollars of lawsuit and compensation.

4. DO you just spray bleach / green water to cover up the urine smell in your toilet? OR you would use a bloom to brush the toilet and rinse the toilet to ensure the detergent is completely washed away?
Spraying cleansing agent on the top of the urine stain will not remove the urine smell or stain. It only resulted in a stronger mixed smell of urine and cleansing agent.

5. How to get rid of the smell? What is the correct procedure of using cleansing agent?
To completely remove the smell, you will need to scrub and remove the stain using a brush or power water gun. After removal the stain, the cleansing agent is required to be rinsed off completely. Spraying cleansing agent on the top not only waste our $$$ but also resulting in mixed smell.

6. Immediate Actions Require:
a. Stop to leave any cleaning agent on the walls for hours immediately. If you are using cleaning agent / detergent to clean walls, you must ensure the walls are being rinse thoroughly and no trace of cleaning agent is left.
b. Review your existing cleansing plan and post your cleaning plan / procedure on removal the smell / urine stain on the website.

IF THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE HAS ANY DIFFICULTIES TO UNDERSTAND MY COMPLAINTS OR THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE IS UNABLE TO CHANGE EXISTING CLEANSING PLAN, I AM HAPPY TO MEET MANAGEMENT OFFICE HEAD QUARTER SENIOR MANAGEMENT TO FURTHER DISCUSS THIS ISSUE. PLEAESE ARRANGE A MEETING AS REQUIRED.

The ROOT cause of the problem is the selfish dog keeper just leave the dog defecate on the floor. I think we should punish the dog keeper but not the management office.
