Weak TV Signal

Recently, I found the TV signal is weak especially the digital TV signal for Pearl. Is there anyone with the same problem? Thanks

Regarding to the TV signal problem, please contact customer service office at 2608 5000 for reporting and we will arrange the service contractor to carry our inspection and fix the problem if any as soon as possible.

Yes, I also encounter the same problem, not only weak but no signal at all for Pearl and ATV English via ISDB. I reported to the customer service. Don't know when will fix the problem.
