I've successfully installed 100MB 光纖 offered by Netvigator about a month ago..

Hi BB,

Thanks for your info. I guess you should live near to the lift entrance area (e.g. A, B, C, I). As I mentioned before, this may not be a problem since direct trunk was ready from the low power wiring closet/panel.

Yes, my unit is near the lift. According to the techncian of netvigator, I am the first client in la costa to install this service. And it takes quite a long time to install it, around 2 hours.

服務處早前已再次向PCCW重申准許可於樓層適當位置開啟維修口作光纖線舖設之用及催促PCCW儘快對已登記100MB光纖寬頻的安裝作出安排,但至今仍未收到PCCW的確實回覆及安裝安排,相信是公司內部程序問題。服務處特在此解釋屋苑的樓層天花原設計是沒有維修口,為保持樓層走廊外觀及一致性,任何承判商如需於樓層天花或公共地方進行維修或安裝工作,都必須自行負責開啟維修口及重新掩蓋連批盪油漆。如「香港寬頻」自2008年開始於本屋苑舖設寬頻光纖線時,都必須自行作出以上開閉天花的安排,而大部份客戶已可成功申請及享用服務。

另當光纖網絡或電話線鋪設工程完工後,一般而言需要經常進行維修的機會是比較低。當遇緊急事故時,駐廈技工可於適當地方快速開啟維修口進行維修工程,而相信網絡供應商亦會儘快進行維修工程以便恢復提供網絡服務予其客戶。
