As per the back page of the management fee statement, there're several payment methods available including PPS. Kindly help to liaise with the admin team/ accounting team of your Company to arrange PPS for us.

As per my understandings, PPS payment is available at some residential sites under Hong Yip's management service. I perceive that it's feasible to activate it under La Costa.

Due to the cost of PPS will be charged to La Costa when setup a new account and will be charged in each transaction. In order to reduce the extra cost, we are only received with payment method such as crossed cheque or autopay for the payment of La Costa Management Fee. We regret that the management fee of PPS payment method is not applicable for La Costa as the payment methods vary from different estates. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused！

We had contacted EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited and obtained the related pricing scheme for PPS account information is listed as follow for reference:

(1)HK$3,500 one-off set up fee
(2)HK$3,000 refundable deposit
(3)HK$2.5 per transaction with monthly minimum counts 400 transaction (i.e. the monthly minimum charge is HK$1,000)

Actually, there are 600 units for our estate. We prefer the payment method such as crossed cheque or autopay so as to reduce the running cost, it is not recommended to setup a new PPS account. Should you have any query, please kindly contact our Ms Tam at 2608 5000.
