Tung Shing Air Condition

Hi Everybody at La Costa,

Do not use Tung Shing Air Condition. The guy is a thief. He has fixed my air conditioner's at least 4 times for the past 2 years and there is leaking all the time. I have actually bought a new Daikin Air conditioner from him and after a few months is leaking water onto my ceiling. I called him and he said it is not his problem.

If you do not listen, you will regret it.

Trust me.

我也找東成麥生修理及洗机很多年,真的很貴,我也感覺他搶錢,但每次都很urgent.無法地也要做,我也試過其它如安捷,有時要等2-3天,(仔仔沒法睡覺,明天要考,測等)郊果也不好 !老細也很有牲格!
我希望各位有沒有更好(清楚星仔冷氣情況)介紹,因我很快要換機!

我也是找麥先生修理和洗冷氣，已经有四五年，都是在最急的時侯，每次都一肚子氣，一到来就说讓我检查一下，接着就说要換什么零件，每次都是八九佰元，也没给你时间考虑，就帮你換了，因为急于修理，也就勉为其难，着他留下已换了的壞零件，他每次都说给你也没有用，就把它拿走。相信下一位要換零件的住户，要用八九佰元换上我家的壞零件呢！啊！啊！啊！不会是我每年都在用我自己換下的壞零件吧！循環再用？我竞然成了環保大使？算，因为我痛定思痛，今年夏天我终于找来原廠商洗冷氣，起码感觉不再受骗，各位，请记住，只有自己才帮到自己。

1 个月前冷氣唔爭氣一部飛水出來 ,一部無冷氣, 情急之下無夸又找麥師傳 , 又係个招 , 要入晒3个房嘅雪種 ,他說可能是天氣轉, 二部壞要入晒3部 ?? 很多道理 ...算啦 !!! 我要問清楚值不值得入? 會否漏雪種 ? 會唔會入完跟住又話D 机舊期之類 ... 佢話 D 機仲得 , 入咗雪種能用上2 至3 年, 我又話咁到下次天氣轉咪又會有問題 , 又說磅數較得好就冇問題 嘅, 我話今年2月及3月你都來過 洗机,你夠話可以用好夸,跟住咪隔一个月又要換電子版 ??? 今次有冇保用 ,他說冇....他無夸我連寸問題, 答到互相矛盾, 後來被迫才口头保半年

前日个仔个細房冇冷氣, 叫他來整, 他說天氣凍整唔到 , 笑話 .....
我迫佢今日來 , 看他有乜新招 .. 但看來他未必會來 , 就算來我都要洗一畢 , 但冇理由現階段揾个第二个同佢補穫 !!! 見招拆招

Agreed!! NEVER hire this Mr Mak - Tung Shing Contractor, he is cunning, no integrity and unreliable, try to let you cause a lot of money to change this and that, I tried to let him fix a electronic board, not up to 2 days, no cool wind, ask him to come he said was another problem, ask for another repair fee, after complain to the mgmt office, he fixed another electronic board, the air-conditioner works again, that means he fixed a problem board previously...
"NEVER trust him, complain to the mgmt office to bad list this guy, otherwise all residence suffer in La Costa.

Totally agree!! Every body never use Tung Shing again, I lost a lot of money for him.
