Since the appearance of the external walls is still in good condition, we regret that the cleaning of the external walls may not be carried out at this moment. For the cleaning of the windows of residential unit, the owners can employ the cleaning contractor to clean the windows, the cost is approximately around $1,600 to $2,500 quoted by our cleaning contractor (subject to the area of unit), the cost should be quoted by the contractor after the site visit finally. Actually, the cleaning of external walls need erect scaffolding on the external wall to carry out the said work which can include the cleaning of the windows of the residential unit. In order to make better use of the scaffolding, more improvement works can also be carried out, such as replacing the fresh water, flushing water and sewage water pipe and etc. Generally, these major repair works should be discussed and passed a resolution on the Annual General Meeting.
